All payments should be settled in USD or EUR, and the exchange rate is based on the day of remittance;
The transportation process will be started after the final payment is settled, and relevant documents will be provided simultaneously.

1. Transportation and packaging

Professional protection, global direct

Standard packaging: Precision parts are packaged in shockproof wooden boxes (in accordance with ISPM15 international quarantine standards), and the main equipment can be loaded into containers (mainly 40HQ high cabinets), with additional internal fixings
Transportation method: Mainly sea transportation (FOB/CIF terms are optional)
Insurance advice: It is strongly recommended to purchase "All Risks" insurance to cover accidental losses during transportation.
Key Tips
Please provide accurate delivery address, contact person and tax number for efficient customs clearance;
Some countries (such as Southeast Asia and the Middle East) need to confirm import certification requirements in advance, and we can assist in providing technical documents;
Support third-party inspection (such as SGS) or on-site supervision of customer representatives, and seal and ship after inspection.

3. After-sales support
After the equipment arrives, Sichuan An engineers can remotely guide installation and commissioning (or provide local service team docking);

During the warranty period, if there is non-human damage, we promise to respond within 48 hours and replace parts free of charge.
